- Where should I input my discount code?
To redeem your discount code, simply enter it on the payment page. When you’re filling out your email address and shipping details, you’ll find a specific area designated for inputting your ‘discount code’. Please remember that each customer is only able to use one discount code per transaction.
- Can I order multiple gift baskets at once?
Yes, you can place multiple gift basket orders together. Please keep in mind that all the gift baskets must be delivered to the same address. If you need to send multiple gift baskets to different addresses, you will need to create separate orders for each address.
- What if the product I wanted is no longer available at checkout?
Sometimes, certain items may become unavailable even if they are in your cart. This is especially common during busy times like the holiday season, particularly for gift baskets. We strongly encourage you to purchase gift baskets well in advance, especially for Christmas.
- Who supplies the alcoholic beverages in the gift basket?

- What if I live in a state that prohibits alcohol shipments?
Certain states, counties, cities, and towns explicitly prohibit the direct shipment of alcoholic beverages to consumers. Violating these laws can lead to legal consequences. Additionally, there may be restrictions on the quantity and type of alcohol that can be shipped to a single address or consumer. Our licensed vendor reserves the right to reject or cancel orders that exceed these limitations. If you have questions about local laws and regulations, we recommend contacting your local alcohol beverage control agency.
- Do I need to be present for the delivery of the gift basket with alcoholic beverages?
Yes, an adult who is 21 years or older must be available to sign for the delivery and provide valid identification. If you are unable to receive the order at home, we suggest shipping it to your workplace. Please note that we cannot accommodate special requests such as leaving the package unattended on the back porch or at the front door.

The recipient must be 21 years or older. It is mandatory for an adult who meets the age requirement to sign for the delivery.
- Which states does Capalbo’s ship gift baskets with alcoholic beverages to?
